Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Chef Mate ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

You agree to use Chef Mate only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code through the App
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Chef Mate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

User Content

By submitting content to the App (such as recipes or reviews), you grant Chef Mate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chef Mate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chef Mate operates.
